When the design and approximate budget have been mutually discussed and fixed, you shall release the work order to us with 5% holding amount to start the job.

By the end of this phase, the building design will be fully conceptualized along with internal layout, dimensions and material selection. Structural engineer and other consultants are added to the team to work on the coordinated drawings.
Cost Estimation
Cost Estimation
The client will be submitted BOQ based on the coordinated drawings created along with final list of materials.
Design Approval
Design Approval
Finalization of materials, finishes, fittings and fixtures and other components to be installed along with the budget are approved by the client for further perusal.
Building Permit

Sanction drawings along with other additional information required to get a building permit are submitted to relevant authorities for review and approval.
Construction Drawings

The design drawings are developed into a precise and thorough set of construction drawings containing all of the information necessary to communicate the design to a general contractor and build the project.
Contractor Finalization

Review contractor based on expertise, cost and quality.
Construction Administration

During construction, the architect’s role is advisor to the owner. During this phase we visit the site at regular intervals to solve queries of the contractor and proactively address potential issues.
Handover

When the job is completed, the client is handed over a set of as-built construction drawings along with the warranty papers and service manuals.
